1/2 cup Cottage cheese

3 large Eggs, separated

1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)

1 teaspoon Honey or sugar (optional)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with egg yolks until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
